The staff was friendly,approachable and available at every call. The house keeping staff was prompt and knew their job and gave good service timely. The nurses were child friendly and handled my kid with care. Good care was taken by doctors and every one around. Thanks!

Team of doctors & nurses are very good. Over all admission process is quite smooth & treatment is also best. It's my heartful thanks to all team for serving their best. But i have not good experience for cashless mediclaim facility due to some additional & unnecessary charges taken by Hospital with me, which was not paid by mediclaim company like intercach charge, Lumber Puncture charge, CSSD charge. It should be include in nursing charge.

We arrived at the hospital on the day of the festival ( Dhan teras evening). It was an emergency situation as my daughter was very critical. We received immediate medical treatment at ICU with proper isolation and more importantly without wasting a minute on festival day. Both Pediatrician & Surgen visited at the same night & started treatment. Thereafter they took up the most care of my daughter. All doctors, medical officers nurses & staff members of the hospital are so property trained, they treat kids just like family members. Initially a few of our relatives told us it's a very expensive hospital but I must say every rupee spent by us is really worth it. Management takes maximum care for everything starting from counseling parents with all real time updates of the health of kids, highest level of hygiene standards , 24 hours support of Doctors, nurses are available within no time even at midnight. We are highly satisfied with all the services of the Hospital. Thank you so much Everyone especially for your services & support.

Overall experience was average due to some bad experience with one of staff member.. Doctors and nurses(some) are excellent in terms of services. They are helpful but some senior members in nursing staff are not at all supportive and working in ego should be removed immediately. It's your bad luck if they are on duty while your admission. Otherwise hospital's facility and processes are good and smooth.

Dr. Mukesh Nagar is really a good doctor. He addressed all our issues very well. Overall very good experience at the hospital. Very friendly and cooperative staff, would highly recommend for any kind of treatment for new born.

Best Services Provided By Doctor & Staff & Cleanliness is Excellent. But From My Side One Question is In Rooms There Is No Ventilation Given even in Bathroom Also Except Super Deluxe Room.

Overall experience was excellent, the hospital has an exceptional team of doctors who provide top-notch medical care to my child Prayag. They all had well educated and had excellent knowledge that how to cure their patients. The nursing staff are very caring and attentive, and make sure to provide personalised attention to each child. the hospital has excellent cleaning and hygiene protocols in place. Thanks to all Children’s Hospital team.

Best child care facility in Vadodara! The staff is exceptional, especially the caring NICU team led by Dr. Mukesh and Dr. Khushboo. They provide excellent care for all premature babies. The administrative team regularly checks in with parents, ensuring there are no concerns about the staff or other issues. It would be the icing on the cake if you could enhance the canteen facilities.
